group yoga session (one hour)

start the day with a group yoga session and delegates will have more energy for the day ahead. our yoga instructor will take the group through gentle movements designed to improve circulation and harmonize the body and mind.

at the end of the meeting we will conduct an experience Bali workshop. there are so many things to see in Ubud and the surrounding countryside. this program will allow the participants to view beautiful panoramas of Bali, as well indulge in shopping sprees.

 

our master chef will prepare 5 easy to cook Balinese and Indonesia recipes for the delegate to learn in 75 minutes followed by Balinese Luncheon of what you have prepared.

 

if you would like your delegates to escape in their leisure time, you can advance purchase Gift Certificates for them to use. there are a variety of gift certificate options : spa treatment, dining in one of our restaurants, village trekking, cycling tour, or private tour by car.
