On arrival I received a warm & enthusiastic welcome by your friendly staff. The doorman/bellman are very friendly and helpful. Staffs in reception are very friendly and helpful. Knew me by name and always happy to help me.
My room was well appointed, and beautiful set up. Indonesian buffet with entertainment was excellent.
Sari, Chef / instructure of cooking class is excellent, friendly. Great cooking class. Also speaks very good english. Also, Ada gave an excellent welcome & was very attentive at breakfast service.
